Once your strategy is set, we handle the outreach, introductions, and negotiations to ensure every partnership feels like a natural fit and built for success.
Once your sponsorships are secured, we can handle activation support and post-event follow-up or can provide you the resources and tools to manage it yourself. Either way, you will be able to demonstrate ROI, strengthen relationships, and lay the groundwork for future partnerships.

Our services are structured to align our success with yours. We combine a retainer with a commission on sponsorships secured, ensuring our incentives are fully-aligned with the growth and impact of your property. AKA, we both have skin in the game.

At Dovetail, we consider ourselves to be advisers first, brokers second: strategic partners who sell on your behalf, focused on long-term partnerships that deliver results, not just introductions.

What if my property has never had a sponsor before?
No worries! No previous sponsorship experience is required. We will assess your sponsorship-readiness and meet you where you are. Founder
I’m Katherine Dickhut, and I am delighted to introduce myself as the Founder (and sole member) of Dovetail Advisers. When you hire Dovetail Advisers for your sponsorship needs, you will be working directly with me from start to finish.
I am entering the sponsorship management world with years of nonprofit grant management under my belt. This experience gives me a unique perspective on connecting properties with sponsors because I have firsthand experience with relationship management, storytelling, data analysis, multi-stakeholder coordination, and strategic planning through the nonprofit lens.
I don’t have a magic bullet to guarantee you immediate sponsorship success (no one does!), but I can guarantee that I can guide you every step of the way with confidence and approachability.
