Fee Structure:
Retainer: $3,500 – $6,000/month (depending on property size and scope) for 35 dedicated hours
Commission: 15% first-time commission on all sponsorships secured, reducing to 8% for renewals

Post-Event Management Add-On

Flat Fee: $500 – $1,500 per event
